We have made brilliant progress in the area and will be working again in South Brent from 10am until 3pm on these dates. Meet at 10am at Lydia Bridge to join the work party. Bring a packed lunch and drink and gloves. Please email me (ebriens@dartmoor.gov.uk) to let us know if you can come along and help.” The work follows the survey conducted by ecologist Mervyn Newman Mervyn for Dartmoor National Park to help plan for the control of invasive alien species such as Himalayan Balsam and ‘American Skunk-Cabbage’.
