Sustrans / SSB Led Bike Ride: Explore the Dartmoor Way

Explore the Dartmoor Way to South Devon Steam Railway at Buckfastleigh. A choice of 2 starts – from either the Watermark Centre, Ivybridge PL21 0SZ (24 miles) at 10am or the Old School Community Centre South Brent (12 miles) at 10.45am. We follow the Dartmoor Way along 24 miles of spectacular scenery discovering hidden river valleys, through leafy woodlands and beside wild flower meadows. The little lanes are overlooked by high moors and remote farms as the ride takes in quiet roads on the National Cycle Network to the South Devon Steam Railway at Buckfastleigh where we stop for refreshments. The return is on a slightly shorter route. The total journey will take about 5 hours. Click here to register for this ride
