Opportunity to visit How Now Dairy

Saturday, 13th November, 2:00 – 4:30pm – An exciting opportunity to visit How Now Dairy, a local, organic, carbon negative dairy farm. NB. You must register for the event as numbers are limited, see below

The farmer, Oli Lee, at How Now Dairy has invited SSB members, family and friends to visit his farm.

He is farming with the environment very much at the fore front of their business. Amongst other things, they have used  good soil management, tree planting, electric vehicles and biodegradable packaging to make the farm carbon negative. Come and find out how they have done this and their plans for the future.

• Location: between Ugborough and Avonwick. Details will follow.
• Children: are very welcome but there will be quite a bit of conversation!
• Mobility: Getting in and around the yard and sheds should be ok, a little muddy in parts. The fields might be more tricky.
• Footwear: Wellies or equivalent are recommended.
• Dogs: no
• Cost: free
