Coronation Party in the Park -Moved to the Village Hall

Monday 8 May 2023: ‘Coronation Party in the Park’ from 12noon to 5pm has been moved to the Village Hall as a result of the weather.
Local village celebrations the Coronation of King Charles III for the bank holiday afternoon.
Join us for an afternoon of fun, games and sport and entertainment for everyone, including live music from Band Friday (jazz) and songs from Wild Harmony.
Anticipate some change as a result of the change of venue:
- From 12 noon: Live music from Band Friday and Wild Harmony
- From 12 noon: Face painting; Children’s arts & crafts; Inflatable fun tunnel
- 1.15pmChildren’s circus skills with Mr Phil
- 2.pm: Sack races, obstacle course & bean bag throwing competition
- 3.pm: Children’s entertainer – Mr Phil
- 3.30pm: Tug of war – for children and adults
- 4pm: Football skills
Barbecue from 12.30. Tea, coffee and soft drinks available. Please bring your own chairs! If it is wet on the day, many events will be moved to the Village Hall.
