Community Land Trust talk

Friday 30 September 2022: Community Land Trust talk at 7.30pm in the Old School Community Centre.

“South Brent Community Land Trust is a community driven initiative to empower local people to build and purchase their own environmentally friendly and affordable homes within the village envelope. Our aim is to enable families and individuals with low to moderate incomes and strong local connections, to continue to live and work within South Brent, thus strengthening the local community and protecting the long term economic health of the village.”
