Avon Valley Project Networking Event

Tuesday 28 May 2024: Avon Valley Project – Networking Event for Avon Valley Landowners and Land Managers: meeting in the main hall at the Old School Community Centre from 6.30-8.30pm.

Do join us if you are a land owner or land manager in the Upper Avon Valley and you are interested in conservation and one or more of the following – increasing the biodiversity of your land / creating nature corridors along the Avon Valley)/ hearing about what your neighbours are doing and what they have learnt on their experiences with their land / site visits on each other’s land / sharing information / volunteer days e.g. bat, flower and bird surveys, creating more water features / planting trees / celebrating the seasons / applying for grants to do more conservation work (e.g. fencing, tree planting, gates).

In this meeting we will share ideas on what we want to focus on and how we can make this happen. Together we can create a group that can support each other with ideas and perhaps help each other working together on our land. Your contribution can be as little or large as you choose.
