Community Market Garden and Orchard Volunteering

The Community Market Garden and Orchard project are planning Regular Volunteer Days, twice a month, following the successful orchard planting, potato planting and tree guard installations.

These will be on the Third Thursday of each month from 4pm to 7pm beginning on Thursday 21 May and the Last Saturday of each month from 10am to 3pm, beginning on Saturday 30 May – the night of which will be a full Blue Moon! (This will be on the perfect spot to see the moon rise.)

Tasks will include weeding, moving compost, mulching fruit trees and pulling up blackthorn suckers. Drop in for as long as you want!
