SUMMARY:South Brent Annual Parish Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Monday 29 March 2021: South Brent Annual Parish Meeting 2021 via Zoom at 7.30pm chaired by Cllr. Cathie Pannell (chairperson of South Brent Parish Council). The meeting acts as an annual democratic point of communication enabling the Parish Council to explain what it has been doing over the last year and providing an opportunity for the electors to have their say and make comments and suggestions on anything they consider is important to the people of the Parish. The agenda includes the Parish Council Chairman’s Annual Report (including reports from Parish Council Committees); a Police report; presentations from organisations which have received a grant from the Parish Council or Community Benefit Fund during the 2020-21 financial year (South Brent & District Caring; the announcement and presentation of the Community Champion and Young Community Champion Awards for 2020-21) plus parishioners’ questions. NB. It is NOT a meeting of the Parish Council\, – anyone may attend but only registered electors of South Brent Parish may speak\, ask questions of the Council and vote.
