SUMMARY:SSB Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Thursday 28 April 2022: Sustainable South Brent’s Annual General Meeting  at the Old School Community Centre at 7.30pm. Formal Announcements will follow from SSB in due course. Sustainable South Brent has been at the heart of the village’s sustainability activities since 2006 and is playing an important role in the agenda to combat climate change. Join us to catch up with our latest news\, hear about what we are doing\, make your own views known and see how you could be involved in one of the project groups. The guest speaker will be one of SSB’s own Young Adult Ambassadors. \nThe Notice of AGM\, Agenda\, Annual Report\, Trustee nomination forms and other relevant documents are available for download from the website resources from 14 April. \nIf joining in person isn’t possible or doesn’t feel right for you\, we warmly invite you to join us by Zoom as a ‘fly on the wall’. To ensure due process\, we ask that SSB members joining via Zoom who wish to vote\, do so by completing the proxy form\, – click here to download or find one in the Toll House\, Church St. Please note that we ask that the proxy voting form is placed in the SSB mail box at School House mail box by midday on the Thursday.
