Local Elections will take place on Thursday 4 May 2023. For more information see the South Hams District Council website election page. To be able to vote, you will need to make sure you are on the Electoral Register by Monday 17 April 2023 – see www.southhams.gov.uk/article/9460/Important-Dates.

If you are a resident, aged 18 or over; are a British, Commonwealth or EU citizen (with right to remain), and are passionate about your community, do consider becoming a Parish Councillor, making a difference in the community and helping to ensure that services meet the community’s needs. To stand for election, your nomination will need to be received between Thursday 23 March and the deadline of 4pm on Tuesday 4 April 2023.
